Gold Coast local and good egg, Kylie, is a slow living, grass roots kind of girl, who has always been passionate about reducing the impact we humans have on the planet. Kylie sources the stock at Town Folk, choosing every product with care. With a focus on buying from small, independent producers and creators, she ensures money goes into the pockets of people to support individuals, families and communities, rather than corporations. 

Kylie’s happy place is camping in her vintage caravan with her husband and two teenage groms at a festival or in a secluded coastal location with good waves.

Naomi Carter

Naomi relocated to the Gold Coast from rural WA with her husband and two teenage kids, a few years ago. She’s fallen in love with the people, the laidback lifestyle and the proximity to the bush and the beach. Coming from a corporate background, she joined forces with Kylie to take Town Folk to the next level with her considerable business and digital skills. Naomi takes care of the ‘right brain’ side of business - finances, admin and web development. She loves being her own boss, having a crack and working on something that feels meaningful. 

Naomi’s happy place is any precious time she gets to spend with her family and their dog Sharon on any beach, anywhere, relaxing and making the most of every day.
